We never want our customers to feel they are treated unfairly, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with CompanyOn, for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll take care of you.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.
If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
If you have subscribed to our yearly plan and cancel within 10 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 10 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Changes & questions
CompanyOn may update this policy once in a while—we’ll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
