Refund Policy

We never want our customers to feel they are treated unfairly, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with CompanyOn, for any reason, you can cancel at any time.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.

If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’d issue a partial credit to your account.

If you have subscribed to our yearly plan and cancel within 10 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL AFTER 10 DAYS, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY UNUSED SUBSCRIPTION FEE AT ANY TIME AND YOUR SERVICE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TERM.

Changes & questions

CompanyOn may update this policy once in a while—we’ll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
