COMPANYON WAS FIRST FORMED AFTER WE, AS HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS OURSELVES, EXPERIENCED THE FRUSTRATIONS AND UNCERTAINTIES THAT SOLO PRACTITIONERS FEEL EVERY SINGLE DAY, NOT KNOWING WHETHER THE PROCESSES WE HAD INCORPORATED WITHIN OUR PRACTICES WERE APPROPRIATE TO MEET PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS. WE KNEW THAT IT WAS TIME FOR A CHANGE AND WE WANTED TO BE A PART OF THE CHANGE.
It has been almost four years since we started this journey. CompanyOn was born as a solution to the challenges every health care entrepreneur encounters while pursuing independence. In this pursuit, we have created a specialist platform that makes it easy to start, manage, and grow an independent practice; a solution that is a simple, affordable, and easy-to-use, while keeping professional standards at the forefront.
Our co-founders have backgrounds in health care regulation and software development respectively, creating the perfect combination to build a platform that provides solo practitioners with the tools to truly serve their clients, build a solid practice, and run a sustainable business.
Through our journey, we have been fortunate to work with amazing partners like members of the Lower Mainland Foot Care Nurses Association of BC, that believed in us from the start and provided the feedback and road map needed to create what CompanyOn is today. They helped us to validate the path we were walking and continue working towards our long-term goals.
